Tom Hegg is a Minnesota-based author whose books have inspired readers of all ages, including the New York Times bestseller A Cup of Christmas Tea and his heartwarming series about Peef the bear. He attended Carnegie-Mellon University, won a Bush Fellowship for Graduate Study at the University of Minnesota and served as the Director of Drama at the Breck School in Minneapolis.

Fun fact: Tom is also an actor who has performed in many productions at the Guthrie, including A Christmas Carol.
