Meet the curator

“I see the store as a warm, welcoming extension of the theater experience. I love translating the themes onstage into beautiful products that tell a story.”

Kay McGuire has a keen eye for imaginative makers and things that spark curiosity — a talent she brings to her role as Director of Retail and Merchandising. As curator for the Guthrie Store, she uses her impeccable product sense to choose functional, well-designed and distinctive pieces that delight all ages and sensibilities.
